ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout unless another written arrangement has been approved. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, policy violations, or other reasonable concerns arise. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for the canceled portion will be refunded.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, features, and prices accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, printer, material, or production method. Handmade and customized products may include slight variations and may not be identical to sample images.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate names, dates, wording, colors, photographs, sizes, and other personalization details. Anointed Styles and Creations LLC is not responsible for errors contained in information approved or submitted by the customer.
Production may be delayed if required information, photographs, approvals, or responses are not received. Requested completion or delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
By uploading a photograph, logo, design, name, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it solely as necessary to complete your order. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, product images, designs, templates, generators, written materials, branding, and original resources are owned by or licensed to Anointed Styles and Creations LLC.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. Customers may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or claim our products or systems as their own except where a product-specific license expressly permits such use.
