Digital Product Policy

This policy applies to digital downloads, templates, guides, ebooks, prompt generators, digital files, instructional materials, and other electronically delivered products purchased from Anointed Styles and Creations LLC.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, access may be provided through an immediate download, email, Canva link, PDF, ZIP file, membership link, or another stated delivery method.
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and downloading or saving their files after purchase.
ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL
Because digital products are delivered or made accessible electronically, all digital-product sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us through anointedstyles.com so we can investigate and provide reasonable technical assistance.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
Some digital products require access to third-party software or services, including Canva or other applications. The product description will identify known requirements.
Customers are responsible for:
• Creating and maintaining required third-party accounts
• Confirming device and software compatibility
• Understanding whether a free or paid third-party subscription is needed
• Maintaining internet access
• Downloading and backing up purchased files
We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, features, or compatibility.
LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the original buyer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use or use within the buyer’s own business.
Customers may create finished designs or products using a purchased resource only to the extent allowed by the license stated in that product’s listing.
PROHIBITED USE
Customers may not:
• Resell, share, gift, distribute, or upload the original digital files
• Share download links, Canva template links, generator access, or account access
• Copy or reproduce a generator, prompt system, guide, ebook, or template for resale
• Claim the original resource or system as their own
• Include editable source files in another product
• Use the files to create a directly competing template, generator, guide, or digital resource
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use purchased content for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive purposes
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is permitted only when expressly stated in the applicable product description or license.
Permission to sell finished products does not include permission to resell, redistribute, share, or provide access to the original template, generator, guide, prompt system, or source file.
AI AND GENERATED OUTPUTS
Results produced with AI-assisted generators may vary. We do not guarantee that a particular prompt will create a specific result.
Customers are responsible for reviewing generated content, checking originality, and ensuring that their use does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
We do not guarantee income, sales, platform approval, or commercial success from using a digital product or generated output.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Reasonable assistance may be provided when a customer cannot access a purchased file or link. Assistance does not include personalized software training, custom design work, device troubleshooting, or support for third-party platform changes unless expressly included with the product.
UNAUTHORIZED SHARING
Digital purchases are licensed to the original buyer. Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or redistribution may result in revoked access and other action permitted by law.
